On Saturday I headed out to Sessions Lake where my friend Mary and her husband Brent were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. Mary asked me to come snap some shots of the evening and then of her family. Here are a few from the night:Mary did the decorating herself. It was all the small details that made it look so beautiful. She is an amazing woman, she said that things will just come to her in the night!:)    Notice the heart made with the leaves Mary loves photography and she told me that all their wedding photo's and some of her children's were destroyed by water damage!! They hired a harpist to play during dinner. It was beautiful outside! Another one of those details...Mary& Brent had everyone bring their own breakable plates to eat off then they smashed them to make a unique collage in their kitchen. Great idea!! After dinner we went down to the beach to kick back, relax and get a little crazy! Mother & son Sisterly love! Seth and his girlfriend.... I actually met Mary when I did Seth's senior pictures. We had been friends ever since. Look at those eyes! Mary & her grandson These are the moments when nothing needs to be said    The love birds themselves...Mary had said many people thought they wouldn't make it this long. Just from the time I have known them I see how in love and passionate they are. This is one of the greatest couples I know. I honestly love them dearly. There are those people that come into your lives that you are not sure how but you know there is a bigger purpose then you can even understand and Mary & Brent are one of those couples for me. I know God has put them into my life and I can't be more proud for that! The last picture was down at the boat launch where they said they have spent lots of time putting their boat in and out of the lake. I want to wish you guys many more years of happiness and Thank you for being such an inspiration to me! |
