I went to Rockford and met a great family. Baby Delaney is such a miracle baby. She had heart surgery 3 days after she was born!! The same day the family came home they also moved into their new home. Needless to say... they have had quite there share of tough times thrown at them in the last few months but from talking to them they said that they have a great support group of friends and family. Here are some of my favorites from the day:
She loved watching her mom and dad
I love when guys show their love for their wife without even being asked:) 
These last few I am sometimes hesitant to share b/c I never want people to get the idea that I have a studio or that I travel with a backdrop. This is done right in their home with natural light and a small black velveteen.
     
I hope the scars on her chest always remind her of what a survivor she really is! I think they are nothing she should ever hide! Thank you guys for allowing me to capture your pictures. I can't wait to come back and see big she is growing! Enjoy your gallery.
